We'd especially like to hear from you if a page doesn't match your boiler's manual, or if your boiler shows a code we don't cover yet. Please include the brand, the model (it's usually on a label under the boiler or inside the front flap) and the exact code on the display.

We read every email, but we're a small site and can't always reply quickly. We can't diagnose individual boilers or recommend a particular engineer.
