Checked against Vokera's own documentation: Vokera Vision combi user, installation and servicing instructions and 1 more source. Last reviewed October 2026. How we check

Check these first, then call an engineer

The boiler tried to light but didn't sense a flame. Vokera's manuals say to reset the boiler and check it then works.

What you can safely do

  1. Reset the boiler: wait two minutes, then turn the mode selector knob to the reset position, as Vokera's instructions describe.
  2. Check whether the boiler now runs normally.

Call a Gas Safe engineer if

  • A01 comes back after a reset.
  • You smell gas at any point. Leave the property and call 0800 111 999.
